Diffuser Recipes

If you are still burning scented candles in your homes from Bath & Body Works, Target, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, etc., STOP! Not only are you spending more money than you need to, but you are also filling the air in your home with toxic chemicals that have been proven to affect your respiratory system and disrupt your endocrine system. Grab a diffuser in your next doTERRA order and try some of our favorite diffuser blends instead! 

Here are some of our tried and true roller recipes! All recipes are for 10ml roller bottles, so if you have a 5ml bottle, you will need half the recipe. To make a roller bottle, remove the fitment from the bottle, add the essential oils first, then fill up the rest of the bottle with your carrier oil of choice. We love fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed oil, or jojoba oil. Replace the fitment and screw the top back on to ensure the fitment is secure.

If you don’t have an essential oil listed in these recipes, just leave it out. If a drop or two extra got into the bottle, it’s totally fine! If you want to use a different oil, go for it! If you want to use more drops (or less), do it! This is not a perfect science and it is totally okay to play around with the recipes and customize them. That is one of the best things about these roller bottles. They can truly be what YOU need them to be.
